Hate is good for health

Hate and active hate at that, keeps you mentally keen. Your acumen rises astronomically as you devise devious schemes. It is better if you have it oriented towards a particular person. It raises objectivity and morphs into a physical shape that gives you heart burn whenever you see “the one” walking, talking, laughing, snickering, doodling, flipping pen while thinking… oh! you will hate that site. Blame everything on them and hold them responsible for your missing the 8.20 local. And as you try to invent new ways to outdo your foe, your brains will run faster than Ben Johnson on track.
Hate will also keep you physically active as you will get maximum neck exercises craning to hear what “the one” is up to. I can go on and on about the benefits of hate, the space will run short… therefore in nutshell hate is great for your health. Maybe I will rant on it further… maybe a discourse on group hate, where the object of your hate are a bunch of giggly bimbos and gigolos who park their arses on the arms of chair when they can have the complete chair to sit on. Or bimbos who pack up like hyenas to go to Loo and practically invite every female in the office to join in their odyssey to The Loo.
